Ted Coons takes the helm at Spillman Company.

Baumgärtner Maschinenfabrik GmbH, which became BFS Betonfertigteilesysteme GmbH in Blaubeuren, Germany, was established as a manufacturer of custom-built equipment and machinery allow the production of a wide variety of concrete products.
